Windows Desktop Search for XP x64

Anyone been able to install WDS for XP x64? Apparently it's needed for
Instant Search in Outlook but I can't find a version that will install on x64

There is no WDS for XP x64. The article at http://www.slipstick.com/emo/2006/up060525.htm#search will tell you how to turn off the prompt.
