xscope,
If and when you learn to write a clear question you would also be
advised to post it in the appropriate newsgroup - and it isn't this one.

Well sorry about inconvenience and apologies for harsh reply
One thing though when possibilities that answerer knows right group to post
this kind of problems
Be so kind next time that you who know better advice where/which group for
an example these kind of messages should be posted

Question was originally that this kind of error message described as it was
on screen What to do This OEM help file isn't going to help with it's notice
that "contact to Administrator

Heyhoyrum part was from an idea that this kind of dilemmas woth this Windows
Me of mine and other problems could be from an illegal copy of software and
thats the reason why it hangs and is time to time malfunctioning
Even though it has its hologram registry/serial and beatifull layout on disc
Looks like genuine but is it?
As i noticed on a same topic that one of mine Windows 95 disc with manuals
and "more" was/is version (a) something, isn't (a) an alpha version which
isn't ment to be sold out, next to b (beta)?
Thanks again and sorry about my inappropiate reply
With all respect

Mika,
Your apology is accepted.

It isn't real clear to me if you are working with Windows ME or Windows
95 but in either case there are newsgroups devoted to both. For example:
microsoft.public.windowsme
microsoft.public.windows95

There is also a general Windows group (microsoft.public.windows) that
has several sub-groups.

You mentioned in an earlier response that accessing newsgroups perhaps
wasn't as convenient in Finland as it is here in the USA. When I first
started using the newsgroup I accessed it through Google. The post and
response time (several hours) is frustrating but at least you should be
able to get in. A better method of course is to use a newsreader that
accessing the newsgroup directly.

Good luck.
