Hi, Hugh Betcha.
. . . Or should I call you Tim Thompson? When you wrote a nasty,
foul-mouthed message, and then claimed that Tom Wickerath wrote it, you
forgot to do your homework. I did some homework of my own, and I got
permission to archive the evidence online for safekeeping just in case you
make changes to these public documents in an attempt to cover up the
evidence against you. A Webmaster has promised to keep this evidence
online for a period of at least one year and available thereafter to anyone
who asks for it. The Zip file of the Web pages and screen shots of the
links contained in this post is located here:
http://www.Access.QBuilt.com/downloads/Safekeeping/Evidence_30Sept04.zip
You claim that Tom wrote the nasty E-mail message to you, so you put a time
stamp on it of:
Sent: Sunday, September 26, 2004 5:59 AM
. . . in your attempt to deceive others that Tom had sent you an E-mail
moments before you sent your vulgar message to his E-mail address telling
him to mind his own business. Check the archives and you'll find that Tom
Wickerath's last post was at 10:31 PM PST on Saturday, 25 Sept. '04 and his
next post was at 12:52 AM PST on Monday, 27 Sept. '04. You may not be privy
to Tom's itinerary on that Sunday, but I am. All of Tom's family, his
friends and
even one of his co-workers can verify that Tom was nowhere near a computer
from late Saturday night until early Monday morning, let alone online at
6:00 AM on Sunday, as you purport him to be. Tom _never_ wrote or sent any
such E-mail as you falsely claimed and publicly posted on this Web page:

(or

Tom knew he'd be busy elsewhere the rest of the weekend, but he was
expecting some important E-mails to arrive. What do you think people do
when they're going to be out of the office? Responsible people often
forward their E-mails to someone else who can take care of them while
they're away. Tom didn't receive and read your foul-mouthed message that
you sent at 6:13 AM PST on 26 Sept. '04 until early Monday morning, but I'll
let you guess who did.
Your vulgar message is sitting in my Inbox, where it was forwarded after you
sent it to Tom. I publicly confirm that the text Tom copied and pasted into
the message posted to the News Group at 12:52 AM PST on 27 Sept. '04 and
attributed to you was the same foul-mouthed message you sent to him at 6:13
AM PST on 26 Sept. '04 -- verbatim and without the provocation that you
fabricated.
You claim that he wrote the following (I'll censor it slightly to try to
keep it from being banned by the filters, but everyone can read the original
in the above link):
If you had done your homework and studied Tom's writing (there are many
hundreds of his posts in the News Groups for samples), you wouldn't have
made any, let alone _all_, of the following mistakes:
1.) J@ckas$ is capitalized, yet it is not a proper noun, nor the first word
of a sentence. An educated man such as Tom wouldn't have made this
capitalization mistake. And in all the years that I've known and worked
with Tom, I've never once heard him use the word "j@ckas$," nor write it.
2.) "Wrong news group" has double quotes around the sentence fragment, yet
Tom always puts asterisks around the *single* word he's emphasizing, not
multiple words, as he wrote in the following sentence fragment in his
message that you took umbrage to:
posting to the *wrong* newsgroup?
. . . in this post:

j2svcRVn-rw%40comcast.com
(or
http://makeashorterlink.com/?F2CD21B69)
3.) "Wrong news group" capitalizes the W. Tom wouldn't have made this
capitalization mistake in the middle of a sentence, either.
4.) "...Don't..." capitalizes the D. Tom wouldn't have made this
capitalization mistake in the middle of a sentence, either.
5.) "f*ing" is not a word that Tom _ever_ spells out, yet you claim that he
spelled it out with aplomb.
6.) "Take your stupid irrelevant questions and post it where it belongs..."
contains two singular pronouns, instead of two plural pronouns. Tom would
never have made this grammatical error, either.
7.) "...questions and post it where it belongs..." contains inconsistent
subject-verb agreement, due to the error listed above. Tom would never have
made this grammatical error, either.
8.) In all the years that I've known and worked with Tom, I've never once
heard him use the word "stupid." In the many thousands of E-mails and
messages of his that I've read, I've seen him write the word "stupid"
exactly once. Yet you claim he wrote it not once, but twice, in successive
sentences, and all in one message.
The foul language you attribute to Tom in your message is far more
reminiscent of the immature, foul language you have repeatedly written in
both the current message thread and in your E-mail to Tom, and the immature,
foul language that Tim Thompson, the Webmaster of irule.net (the name
indicated by your E-mail address), has written on these Web pages:

What are the names of your four servers listed on the following Web page
supposed to indicate? A very disturbed mind?

And is this your Canadian online profile? Your line of work is art forgery?
Looks like you've been trying to add E-mail forgery to your credentials,
too.

Hopefully, I've set the record straight as to Tom Wickerath's innocence in
your flagrantly false claim that he sent you an E-mail full of foul
language. He did no such thing. You authored the sophomoric note yourself.
Elsewhere in this thread:
You flippantly ordered Doug Steele to "move along sonny." Are you even old
enough to legally drink alcohol? You don't appear to be. Is this a picture
of you in your paintball uniform with your paintball gun, second from the
left, labeled "Me"?

Are these more pictures of you playing paintball?

http://www.irule.net/paintball/060102/DCP_0028.jpg
You called Doug "sonny"? Did you learn such insolence in paintball school?
You surely didn't learn it from your parents, who instead taught you
courtesy when you lived on the outskirts of Sacramento, California.
There's the word _stupid_ again. Three times in the same thread indicates
that it's a word that is evidently common in your vocabulary. I can assure
everyone, it's not in Tom's.
Your disrespectful diatribes show that you obviously have a problem with
authority and self-control. Doug Steele politely redirected you to a News
Group that would be more appropriate for your question. Your insolent reply
prompted another poster to give a more severe admonition that you are not
likely to be guided up Mount Everest when you insist on showing up for the
trek in your swim fins and snorkel.
To this reply that again did not answer your "life may cease if I don't get
the
answer now!" question, you overreacted and sent the foul-mouthed E-mail to
Tom which, unbeknownst to you, was forwarded to me. On Monday morning
when Tom read it, he posted it to the News Group, which you expected him
to do. How do I know that? You've been posting online for years, and
you've
done this before to people who irk you. The set up was the following
sentence in the foul-mouthed E-mail that you sent to Tom on Sunday
morning:
You wrote this after you read his admonition from the night before, knowing
that if he made it public you'd be able to deceive others into thinking that
your vulgar E-mail was in response to one from him. You didn't think Tom
would be able to disprove your fabrication. You didn't count on someone
else receiving your vulgar E-mail, and you didn't count on someone else
being able to publicly prove that Tom never E-mailed you any such
provocation beforehand. You were wrong on both counts, and your deceit
has been exposed.
I advise you to apologize to both Tom and Doug for your dishonesty and
disrespectful diatribes, and to take steps so that this never happens again.
Skip the paintball warrior and online gaming hobbies, because they aren't
helping you improve your social skills. I urge you instead to seek out your
local military recruiter so that you can learn self-discipline, appropriate
anger management, how to curb your lack of self-control, and to show respect
for authority. Military service can make a man out of you, hopefully before
you catch VD from the activities you claimed on 8 Jan. '04, and will give
you gainful employment, which you admit you lacked on 11 May '04 on your

pasted. This message is also missing from the Google Groups archive,
possibly due to the embedded HTML, but it did appear in many news
readers, so it is pasted into this message for completeness.
