Windows Explorer finds MS FrontPage ver 3.0 but can't open Why?

Ver 3? That would be like FP98.
Did you install FP98?
How are you trying to open it?

The folders/files are Operating System files, and nothing to do with
FrontPage. They cannot be deleted or used by any user.

This is actually functionality used by the OS to provide various networked
folder options, especially for the various office applications and not the
FP program itself.
