windows installer and office enterprise 2007.

I updated office 2003 with enterprise 2007. Now everytime I start an office
application, the windows installer wants to "install" or "configure". Please
help!!

This tells you to run orktools.exe but never takes you to the download. I
have the same issue but only with outlook progeram
