Windows Installer Pops up when loading Outlook XP

When running Outlook XP , I get the Windows Install pop-up dialog
box. Saying "Preparing to install", then the box disappears, after a
couple of seconds. The application seems to be running fine.

I am using Windows XP, with Office XP, however I just install Front
Page 2000

Than this is correct. Front Page overwrites some settings and files from
Office XP and Office XP replaces them with the latest so Office XP won't
have ay problem to run. You should only get this message once.
