Windows installer pops up

Windows installer comes up everytime I open up an Office
XP application or when I start my pc. Any ideas anyone?

I have Win XP, but Office 2003, and the same thing happens to me (seems like
it's occasionally, unless I just don't notice it, it's so quick). Would
this solution work for me?
