Windows Installer runs every time I get a new email message

Hi:

I am running XP and MS Office 2003. In Outlook, each time
I get a new message, Windows Installer runs ("preparing
to install"). So if I get 75 new messages, that message
flashes 75 times. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am having the same problem and have not been able to find a solution. Did
you have any luck yet?
