windows installer screen on WORD startup

Every time I start up WORD I get the windows installer
screen (prparing to install) then I get the Microsoft
Visual Basic screen saying "compile error in hidden
module: ImportComments". I then click OK and the
application starts -- how can I eliminate these screens?

And on exit I gat another Microsoft Visual Basic screen
saying compile error in hidden module: AutoExit. I'd like
to eliminate this screen as well --

Any suggestions?
