windows installer tries to install a program when I start outlook

When I start outlook the windows installer tries to install a program that it
can not locate on the computer. When I cancel the installer several times
Outlook will continue to load and will operate properly.

What program is trying to install/repair itself? (If running Windows
2000/XP, an entry will be placed into the event logs. To get there, right
click on My Computer and select Manage. The event logs are under System
Tools > Event Viewer.)
