For a long time, people have asked why installers runs when starting an
office application. There is a long list of actions suggested, which I have
taken, to no avail. I have just had Power Point lock up with the dialog box
open, because the curser showed the time out continuously. Can I uninstall
Windows explorer in the Services.msc and download a clean copy?
