In outlook when i click on "send/receive" a "Windows Installer" box appears.
It goes away when an email comes in and immediately returns for each email I
receive. It has slowed down the receipt of my emails. What is causing this to
happen. I just recently removed windows office XP small business and
installed office 2003. Everything runs fine but the reception of email.
