Finished upgrading to Windows 2000 pro, now Office won't
run. I get the message "The patch package could not be
opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you
can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify
that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package." I
downloaded & ran the MS 'Installer Cleaner' patch, but I
still can't run, uninstall or update Office without
getting this message. HELP! Thanks!
