Windows Live Mail activity in Outlook not showing up on Web

I noticed anything I am doing in Outlook (Receive, Send) for my Windows Live
Hotmail account does not show up online, when I go to www.hotmail.com to
check/send email.

Why is this? Shouldn't a copy of everything I do in Outlook for my Windows
Live Hotmail account also copy onto the server for hotmail.com?

This issue does not happen if I use Windows Live Mail for the email client.

How Is the acct configured in Outlook? using the connector or as HTTP acct
type?

I am using the connector, and running Outlook 2002.

Reread the download page for the Outlook Connector add-on. It only
supports versions 2003 and 2007 of Outlook. It does not function
properly in Outlook 2002.
