Windows Live Mail:how do I avoid getting into over strike mode?

When composing an email, text entry goes into over strike mode. What am I
doing to cause this e.g. accidental shortcut keystroke)? Can find no setting
in Options to set or change this (e.g. as in Word). Starting a new email
resets text entry to insert mode.

It's not a Office issue. Windows Mail is part of Vista - try there.

Windows Live Mail does NOT use any version of Word as it's email editor
AFAIK - this must be a setting within WLM.....
