Any way to use ON with the new Windows Live Mail?

Really don't wanna use outlook but need ON integration with mail!

Looks like MS came out with a free connector to hook Outlook into LiveMail at
http://g.live.com/0CR1033/3

I'm installing it now to see how it works. This used to cost $40 or so per
year, but I've been told it is now free.
