You're asking in the wrong place. This newsgroup is a volunteer-supported
technical support group for the database software Microsoft Access. I'd
contact Windows Live or Hotmail support, or scroll down the list of newsgroups
on the (often confusing) web page and find a support group for Windows
Messenger.
