Windows Mail Integration with Office 2007 Home and Student

Hi

I have Office 2007 Home and Student however I used to have the option in
Excel to Send to Mail Recipient, and now this option is no longer available.
Do I need to purchase and install Microsoft Outlook 2007 in order to be able
to do this or is there any additional element to the software which I can
install to enable integration between office and Windows Mail (if I insert
the Microsoft office 2007 Home and student CD)?
