Windows Mail is not installed properly

How can I reinstall Windows Mail if it is not on disk. I don't think it is
installed properly. When using Excel eg. I am not able to "send to email" is
does not happen??

Open your Control Panel and then open Default Programs,
then set Windows Mail as your default email program.
