Windows Media Edtion Operating System

Can you design and run Frontpage webs on this operating system the same as
you can on XP Pro. I manage several webs, most of which use ASP pages. Does
this operating system have a server which will allow that?

There are actually 2 versions of MCE. The original version
is based on XP Pro, the current version which can not
