Is there a way to attach a windows media file ( small movie ) on a website
done in pub 2003 so that someone on the site could click on it and see the
movie?

The easiest thing to do (and it might be the only) is to have a link to cick
on referencing the location of the media file. If I am correct, in publisher
you cannot have the file actually play in your site; it must be viewed
externally.

Create the link just as you would to reference to a different page in your
site. Be sure to include the extension!
