Windows Media Player has sound but no picture, how do I correct?

Just had to clear off entire hard drive and re-install Windows XP as per
factory settings. Problem: Now Windows Media Player 11 will only play sound
and no picture. How do I solve this?

Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about setting up and configuring
Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup related to Windows
XP, or one related to Windows Media Player.
