Windows Messenger not connecting to Live Comminications Server 200

Michael

I've just finished (I think) with the setup of MS Live Communications Server
2005 Trial. When I am trying to connect with Windows Messenger 5.1 to a LCS
Server I get the following error message "The server name
myFQDNservernamehere for the SIP Communications Service cannot be resolved.
The server name may be incorrect, or there may be a problem with your network
connecntion. If the problem persists, please contact your network
administrator". Any suggestions?

You could try contacting your network administrator...
Or post to a more relevant news group...
Or set the server name correctly...
