Windows Mobile 5.0 - Instructions on how to connect to internet

Hi - does anyone have step by step instructions on how to connect a Dell Axim
to the intenet using a cellphone? I have Bluetooth & WiFi on the Axim and
Bluetooth on my cellphone.
