the outlook windows name has been change to " Microsoft Outlook (Logging
Enabled) and I do not know what the meaning of (Logging Enabled)... any idea

It means that you have enabled logging for troubleshooting purposes, which
is unnecessary unless you ARE troubleshooting. What version of Outlook?
