Windows Rights Management Services

Hello Guys

We are looking to deploy RMS to some of our Office 2003 Pro users. We have a
query and would like some guidance if possible.

What we would like to do is when a user clicks the permissions icon is to
stop the system from running the Service Signup wizard for these, however,
for RMS to still work if they receive an email or document ?

The reason behind this is that not all users have Internet Access and thus
will receive errors when trying to click on the next screens.

Is there a way we can do this at all ? is there a reg key or file we need to
edit to customise this.

Regards

Bill
