Windows Service Pack 2 CD at installation?

I'm trying to install Office 2000 on a Windows XP machine. It went fine on
our old Windows ME one, but this time it's asking for a Windows XP
Professional Service Pack 2 CD. We already have Service Pack 2 on our
computer though, downloaded it when we got the computer. As far as I know
it's the home edition too, not the Professional. What should we do?

Windows came pre-installed on the PC, so we don't have an original disc. All
it came with was a system backup disc from Insignia.

Gotcha. Contact Insignia to get a CD, or to get support for the system they
installed. OEMs are supposed to provide you support.
