Windows Update for HP Photosmart 475 DOT 4

I keep getting an Error Code: 0x80070005 everytime Windows Update asks me to
install Windows Update for HP Photosmart 475 DOT 4. How do I get around the
problem?

Can you install the printer update from the HP web site?

HP says I have the latest driver but Microsoft Update keeps sending the
update to me. How do I elliminate the update?

Look in the control panel for the folder Program Updates. Update setting tab,
uncheck the updates you don't want bothering you.
