Windows Update: Office 2007 SP1: Error: 57C

I run Windows Vista Home Premium ver. 6.0 (build 6000) on a DELL Inspiron
9400 LapTop.

When Windows Update tries to install the Office 2007 SP1 update (194 MB !)
it fails, giving Error Code 57C.

What is wrong, and what should I do ?
