Hi,

My name is Bob. I have a Windows Vista Laptop from Dell that is less than
six months old. In the last two months it all of a sudden decided not to
empty my deleted items in my email folder. There are also a few emails in
my inbox that it will not let me delete. Does anyone have a solution for
this problem? I would greatly appreciate your help.

Please repost your quesition in a forum supporting Windows Mail. This forum is
for a different program, the database software Microsoft Access. The webpage
can be confusing and may have misled you.
