Windows Vista, PWA and Status Reports

I'm having a problem generating status reports in PWA with Windows Vista.

I'm sure it's a security issue, I just can't figure out where. When I open
a Status Report, all the boxes have little red x's in them and it freezes PWA.

Any suggestions?
