Windows XP crashes/blue screen when Outlook 2007 loads pst file

Hi,
Does anyone know why my Outlook 2007 would suddenly cause Windows XP to
crash (stop error) when attempting to load the pst file (usually after
entering password). This has only started in the last couple of weeks and the
only change I have made is to upgrade Windows XP to SP3. When system reboots
and sends error report, the response I get back is that a driver stopped
working. If someone has a fix for this, I would appreciate any help possible.
Thanks in advance.

Forgot to say, I've run Office Diagnostics but that couldn't find anything
wrong.

Did you try a new profile - don't copy the current one - just make a new
profile. If you use multiple accts, start with just one - we just want to
see if outlook is doing it or if your profile or pst is corrupt.

Ok, I think I've found the problem as the problem got fixed as soon as I
removed BCM from my profile. Any ideas how I repair this? Will I have to
reinstall Business Contact Manager?
