I had windows xp we came home one night and it was gone no matter what we
tried it would not go past windows loading we took it to where we bought it
and was told we had to reload windows we were not given a back uo when we
bought computer I dont know why it was removed in the first place I think the
man who did our computer somehow did not register for microsft and when vista
came out they somehow discoverd it and took off our windows we asked the guy
and all he said was he was tryiing to save us money well to reload it will
cost us over 150 dollars which is hard to come by when your retired and live
on a fixed income does anyone have any ideas on how we can get our windows
back The man who we bought computer from refuses to give us a back up or redo
