Windows XP messed up my Outlook 2000

After upgrading from Windws 98 to XP, MS Outlook 2000
stopped working. I don't have the install disks, or the
product key. The rest of Office still functions normally,
but Outlook keeps giving me these messages:
-"Your computer has been upgraded from Windows 95 or 98
to a later version of Windows. Outlook must configure
itself for this version of Windows".
Then I click "OK" (only option), then next is...
-"The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or
other disk that is not availible. Insert the Microsoft
Office 2000 SR-1 Professional disk and click OK".
I do not have the proper CD so I click "Cancel"...
-"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. MAPI32.DLL is corrupt
or the wrong version. This could have been caused by
installing other messaging software. Please Re-Install
Outlook".
I tried going to Microsoft's Downloads page, but couldn't
find anything that looked like it would help.
Anyone know what I can do? Thanks.

If you installed Office as a whole, the product key for Outlook is the same
as the product key for Word. Open Word and click Help>About. The key will
show up there. You will need your install disks, however. Why is it that
you don't have them?
