Windows XP Re-Activation

How can i Re-Activation my windows XP which has expired I have the productt
Key on my CPU but when i enter the key Number it is failing to reactivate
there by not looding Windows Xp

Back up everything. Format the hard drive and reinstall Windows XP. You'll
have three days to activate it. Don't let it expire again.

Ask this question on an XP newsgroup. There are probably a lot of settings
that you want to be able to recover, and you have to be careful not to lose
them on re-install.
