Windows XP

After upgrding to Windows XP, I, as well as others in my business, get
a "ghost" section in a document. It was first in Word, but now happens
in other applications. It is a rectangl-shaped bar. If we minimize the
window and go to, say, the Internet, part of the screen on the
Internet will appear in the "ghost" section of the document. I have
searched on Microsoft's site until I can't search any longer. Any
suggesions?

Thank you. I read the article and I think this might be the issue;
however, I have already installed sp2 on my workstations, but I will
review the links you provided.
