When I launch Microsoft Word, I get the following error.

Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library
-------------------------------------------
Debug Error
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\WINDWORD.EXE
abnormal program termination.

Then I click on the "retry" button to debug program.

It displays the following message box.

Cicero UI WndFrame: WINDWORD.EXE
--------------------------------------------------
The exception breakpoint.
A breakpoint has been reached (0x80000003) occured in the
application at location 0x01c50a63

Note:
I am using Windows 2000 professional and Office XP.
There are no files (including hidden files) in the following folders:
1. C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application
Data\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP
2. C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application
Data\Microsoft\Word

Please help. :(

I believe "Cicero" refers to the Speech Recognition feature. Perhaps that
will give you a clue where to start looking.

Thanks Raymond. My WORD is ok now!
I was getting very frustrated as the problem had not been fixed for
quite some time.
