Hi,
You may start the WinFax Messgae Manager, which HELP says
in deleting, log records keywords;
1 Start Message Manager.

2 On the Go menu, click the log folder containing the log record you want to
delete. The Logs window opens to display the selected folder.
3 In the folder list, click the appropriate folder or subfolder, if
necessary.
4 In the record list, click the log record you want to delete.
5 On the Edit menu, click Delete.
6 If you enabled Confirm All Manual Deletions in the Message Management
dialog (start Program Setup and double click Message Management), a
confirmation dialog appears. Click Yes to confirm the deletion. This moves
the file to the Wastebasket folder.
Note
If you prefer to have log records deleted automatically after a
predetermined amount of time, set up the automatic deletion feature (start
Program Setup and double click Message Management).
