Winfax Pro causes Outlook 2003 to crash on shut down

Outlook 2003 crashes when Winfax Pro (10.02/10.03) is installed. I am running Office 2003 Pro with Windows XP Pro
I get the following error message
App name: Outlook.ex
AppVer:11.0.5510.
Appstanp:3f1380f
Modname: dccmsp32.dl
Modver:10.02000.92
Modstamp: 39d4133
fdebug:
offset: 00005346 Any help I would be most thankful. Ray H.

Try posting this to a Symantec forum. WinFax has not been supported with
Outlook 2003 since the beginning of the beta so you will have to ask them
for assistance.

Thanks Milly I have posted and called them for the past month they don't answer or they keep transfering me until I get disconnected. I was hoping someone might have found a fix. Thanks again Ray H.
