We are having an increasing occurence of internal messages having the
winmail.dat attachment only or they are blank with no subject or attachment
when received. I have read many articles about RTF and HTML formats versus
Plain Text but they all seem to reference when sending messages to the
internet. This problem is with our inter company users. We are on Exchange
2003 and everyone is using Outlook 2003. Again this is happening with
internal mail, everyone is using the same Exchange server and version of
Outlook. Has anyone else seen this? All documentation and KB articles point
to external messages but this is internal and it seems to be occuring more
often, any help would be appreciated.
