This file seems to attach itself to some outgoing email
from outlook xp?

Stop sending messages in Rich Text (use plain text or html) and consider
disabling Word as your e-mail editor. (The most common reason, but other
things can cause this.)

Does anyone know what these 'other things' are? This is driving me mad now!
