No.
If I'm writing an email message and I want to attach a picture from my
pictures folder, once I open the "insert picture" function and click my way
to the picture folder, a Windows Live login prompt appears asking for my
username and password - or if I want to establish a Windows Live email
account.
If I click on the "X" or on Cancel, the dialogue box disappears only to
re-appear in two seconds, thus interrupting the selection of the picture to
be attached.
It's seriously obtrusive.
