WINPROJ.EXE error when opening project

Hi all,

I have a group of folks using MS Proj with SQL Server on
hte back end, there is an intermitent error message that
appears when attempting to opena MS Project File (.mpp)
out of the SQL Server database, (I'm not sure that the
database is the issue) WINPROJ.EXE cannot open file and
displays a binary stack error "0x3022d3fc" referenced
memory at "0x0000000c". The memory could not be "read"

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Has anyone ever seen this type of error message, if so, is
the a fix?
