Winword application error while printing

I'm using Word 2000-SP1 and am trying to "print to file"
to a postscript printer. Then I get the following error:

WINWORD.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x301425b0" referenced memory
at "0xaed2b87c". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program.

I don't know where to start troubleshooting this. Is there
a log file somewhere that would point me in the right
direction?

The file that I'm printing has an updated TOC, is about 65
pages long, has 2 outline formatting types.

Any words of wisdom?

I found the problem that was causing the error, it was the
TOC. I deleted the TOC and then I was able to print to a
file. Then I added the TOC back and it still worked, so
somehow my TOC must have gotten corrupted.
