winword as MDI(multiple document interface)

Hi All,
I want to view documents in office applications
winword,powerpoint as MDI, I meant I should be able to see parts of it at a
time. Whenever I am trying to use winword it covers the entire frame?

How can I make it like MDI? Am I missing some options?

I'm not sure but I don't believe it is possible to make Wordpad into MDI.
