Winword Error message

[Trouble Shooter]

I am using Winword 2000 on Win2K...i get this message whenever i try to change the Bullets and Numbering on a paticular document and the entire Winword shuts down.

The application, , generated an application error The error occurred on 01/07/2004 @ 19:19:40.062 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 305E173E (<nosymbols>)

I understand that the issue is document speciefic, which
means that the document is damaged. What I will suggest
is to use the following KB Article:
