Winword error

Whenever I try to open a document in Word 2003, I receive
the following error:
The instruction at "0x77f57eb2" referenced memory
at "0xfffffffd". The memory could not be "read".

CiceroUIWndFrame: WINWORD.EXE - Application Error

The documents are just word text documents. I'm working
remotely off a network - all other Office products
function fine. If I send the document to my home computer
(also 2003), I have no problem opening it. I've looked all
over Microsoft's site and cannot find anything even
remotely connected to this error. Any ideas?

Hi, Cheryl. In Windows, select a different printer and make it your default printer. Then try opening a document in Word. Does the problem still occur? If not, then the problem is apparently caused by the printer driver for your normal printer.
