Winword error

I have receive this error message from the Event Log and
show " Faulting application winword.exe, version
10.0.2627.0, faulting module hpzntp07.dll, version
2.140.0.0, fault address 0x00026403"

I have no idea how to resolve it, because I have try to
reinstall the whole officeXP and finally still get this
error when launch the winword.

hpzntp07.dll is most likely your HP printer driver. Try deleting and
reinstalling the printer (now would be a good time to check the HP Web site
for an updated driver, too).
