Um... how exactly do you expect us to know what "the same problem today" is
referring to? There are bazillions of new messages each day, and I can't
imagine that anyone can actually remember anything they read here yesterday.
I turned off Hide Read Messages and sorted by From. This is the only message
I see from "carolk".
