I have a user running Outlook 2003 against an Exchange
2000 (SP3) Server that when attempting to reply/forward
any HTML-type email the machine launches winword.exe and
it consumes 100% of the processor until the process is
manually killed. This user is running Windows XP SP1 and
does not have this issue when using Outlook 2002. His
editor is set to Rich Text/Microsoft Word. When changing
the editor to HTML/Outlook everything obviously works. I
have installed Offcie 2003 SP1 and have tried both Cached
and Non-Cached modes but still ahve the issue. Can
anyone please offer some suggestions? Thanks in advance!
